I started blogging in February as a way to regulate my nervous system.

Writing has always been therapeutic for me, and with changes in jobs, moving, therapists, and life in general, typing out my stories became a form of healing.

When I started Messy Minded Momma, I wasn’t sure if anyone would read my stories. What I did not expect was how much I would learn about myself along the way.

Over the last three months, I’ve grown more as a person and gained a deeper understanding of myself (and how my brain works) than ever before. Through writing, I’ve reflected on motherhood, neurodivergence, relationships, anxiety, sensory processing, and all the messy moments in between.

Today, my little corner of the internet passed 1,000 all-time views.

Thank you for reading, commenting, sharing, and reminding me that the messy, chaotic, neurodivergent moments of motherhood are worth sharing.

Here’s to the next 1,000.
